In the face of the looming labour shortages, the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is advocating for the inclusion of more diverse, skilled workers into the construction industry. Did you know that only 11 per cent of new registrants in Red Seal apprenticeship training programs are women?

Hundreds of kilometres already have been travelled with a few hundred more to go.

I have put rubber to our highways in an effort to convey the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association message to the ears of many eager and interested residents, business leaders and city officials in various communities around this province.
