The Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association (SHCA) wants to thank the over 110 members that attended our Construction Kick-Off Meeting on April 6 in Saskatoon, Sask. The day-long event kicked off with a presentation from the Saskatchewan Common Ground Alliance, reminding contractors to call before they dig to ensure the location of underground utilities and to highlight the advancements made using the Sask 1st Call system.
